Elements and flows

Ecomaster^® provides an overview of all relevant environmental aspects which are linked with one another by nodal points and flow elements.

Nodal points:
persons, processes, installations, storages, energy sources, discharge points, chimneys, parameters, suppliers, collectors,...

Flow Elements:
materials, waste products and energies.

Logical links, Flows, Balances:
Next, the nodes and flow elements will be linked. This enables monitoring and generating balances of even the most complicated internal and external flows.

Agenda en Task list

The agenda and Task list will automatically inform you about the tasks that need to be done and of the persons who need to carry out these tasks.

Wherever this is relevant, the system offers the possibility to define the frequency of certain tasks and events, such as:

• fregistration frequencies 
• deadlines for generating and sending official documents and other reports 
• permit expiry dates, both of your own organisation as well as of third parties such as waste treatment companies.

The system also offers you the possibility to include other obligations, e.g. those linked to Environmental Management Systems like ISO 14001.

Cost analysis and reporting

Each module contains a cost section, allowing you to identify, register and analyse the real cost of your environmental – and safety management, including maintenance costs, laboratory analyses, storage, transport, rent of containers, waste treatment, taxes, labour costs, …

Automatic production of documents and obligatory reports

OVAM-reporting form, Emission Report, Defining Form (NL), Integrated Environmental Annual Report (BE) ... Ecomaster^® produces and fills them out automatically. All you need to do is print and approve the documents, the systems sends them to the Authorities automatically.

Moreover, the automatic agenda will inform you when these documents have to be generated.
