Ecomaster^® offers several tools, which can be used regardless of which basic or expert module is used. Some of these tools are:

• Data Input Manager

• Grafic Report Generator

• Standard links with measurement systems, laboratory systems and barcode readers

•  Integration Geographical Information Software (under development)

•  Emission Monitor (under development)

•  Management Cockpit (new version under development)

a. Data Input Manager

This tool copies data from e.g. measurement equipment, which produce a rather ongoing data flow. The Data Input Manager enables you to make a selection from these data and to perform calculations such as day averages. Only the relevant data will be stored in Ecomaster^®.

b. Grafic Report Generator

The Graphic Report Generator allows numerous data from Ecomaster^® to be visualised graphically, in many ways. This tool also offers features such as a graphical overview of the business process showing the actual flows. 

c. Standard links with Measurement systems, Laboratory systems and barcode readers

Ecomaster^® already has standard links with a great number of measurement – and laboratory systems. Ecomaster^® also has a standard link with barcode readers.

d. Integration Geographical Information Software (under production)

Currently, we are developing software that makes it possible to show information on maps using GIS applications. This concerns all aspects for which the exact location is important such as:

• Drill wells for soil and groundwater samples (Soil)

• Location of measurement points (Water; Air; Energy; Noise)

• Location of waste and dangerous substances (Waste; Zoning)

• Overview per location for the management team (Monitoring; Management cockpit)

e. Emission Monitor (under development)

As can be read in paragraph 2.7 “Customer specific developments”, Ecomaster builds emission-monitoring systems that notify you when critical levels are reached, including sending an SMS message. At present, we are developing a standard application that guarantees a minimisation of customer specific developments.

f. Management Cockpit (new verion under development)

Ecomaster^® offers the management many standard features, like:

• data consolidation of one or more sites;

• performance monitoring and comparing this performance to internal benchmarks or permit demands (compliance)

• insight in basic data and graphical overviews of the main business processes per site

• analysis and internal benchmarking

• simulation of the effects of possible environmental measures

We have learnt from experience that each company has different needs in this area. Nevertheless, we consider it useful to be able to show you easily what Ecomaster® can offer to those who are responsible for the overall SHE-performance of an organisation. Therefore, we have developed a separate window that gives transparent and simple information summaries for the management. If needed, this window can then be tailored to the customer’s wishes.
