The pricing of Ecomaster^® is based op the principle “you only pay for what you use”. Ecomaster comes standard as a single-user system. The price depends on:

1.  Chosen modules and tools

2. The number of extra users

3. Use in more than one country

In practice, the licence price (which only needs to be paid once) including implementation of the system lies between 5000 euro and a couple of hundred thousand euro, for large international implementations.

This pricing method also allows a phased acquisition, which starts with a limited acquisition and implementation, and can be expanded gradually to more environmental aspects, more users at more sites and/or expansion to other counties. This enables a cost/benefit analysis of the initial investment decision and of each decision to expand.

It is also possible to pay a yearly amount in stead of the initial licence fee. This results in an equal yearly amount for the use of Ecomaster^®, including software maintenance, content maintenance and helpdesk-support. In general there is no hardware investment needed for the use of Ecomaster^® and the cost of implementation are relatively modest.
