Services 2 -Software- and content maintenance; helpdesk1. Software maintenanceEcomaster® guarantees the correct functioning of the program and keeps it up-to-date with the most recent hardware- and software developments. 2. Contents ServiceDe Content Service consists of the following 5 services: Software relatedService 1: One to 4 updates a year, in which the program is being adjusted to comply with the latest changes regarding SHE-Q matters. Ecomaster N.V. follows regulation closely. The most recent laws will be included in the program. Service 2: The practical consequences of these changes in legislation will be integrated into the program. This also includes changes in the documents which are automatically generated by Ecomaster®, timings in the intelligent agenda, and the addresses of official institutions. Service 3: Other content-related functionalities are frequently also included in the program, mainly improvements of the existing functionality. Non-software relatedService 4: A helpdesk, which is available during office hours, to assist you with al your problems concerning the program. Service 5: A permanent 'watchdog', which goes through Official Journals daily and notifies you about possible changes in legislation immediately via e-mail. This makes sure that no crucial information is missed before you receive your next Ecomaster® update.
